Small-batch artisan breads and handcrafted sweets baked fresh by Jess in York, South Carolina.
Every loaf is made with patience, premium ingredients, and a whole lot of heart.
Meet the Baker
From crusty sourdough to handcrafted specialty sweets, every loaf begins the same way—with quality ingredients, time, and intention.
Kneadful Bread Co. was created from a love of bringing people together through homemade bread and baked goods.
My favorite part isn't simply baking. It's knowing each loaf becomes part of someone's family dinner, celebration, or quiet morning around the table.
Because the best memories often begin with something fresh from the oven.

Learn MoreWhy Kneadful
Every loaf is given the time it needs. Slow fermentation develops flavor, improves digestibility, and creates that signature crust you can hear when you tap it.
From the flour to the finishing salt, every ingredient is chosen with care. No shortcuts, no fillers — just honest, quality baking.
Each loaf is shaped by hand, one at a time. Small batches mean more attention, more consistency, and more love in every single one.
Bread has always been about sharing. Every loaf that leaves this kitchen is made with the hope that it ends up at a table surrounded by people you love.

Perfectly cooked, tons of flavor. I highly recommend everyone supporting Jess at Kneadful Bread Co! She's killin' it!
